RECYCLED FOOD WASTE
To make our proprietary Plant Food, we rescue produce from the supermarket that was originally destined for the landfill. We apply an enzyme that rapidly digests the food waste, resulting in complex forms of nutrients including carbohydrates, amino acids (proteins), organic acids, and fats. This nutrient dense liquid compost becomes an ideal form of energy for plants and soil organisms that help them thrive.
BACILLUS
Discovered in a rice field in Northern California, our unique strain of bacteria is called Bacillus. Bacillus are a group of beneficial bacteria that grows over the surface of leaves and roots, creating a protective shield significantly improves soil health, promotes plant growth, and protects plants against diseases and stresses, leading to higher crop yields and better overall plant health.
KNOTWEED
Knotweed is a powerful little plant and considered one of the most invasive species in the world. Lucky for us, we were able to pull out some of its redeeming qualities. Through a complex fermentation and extraction process we grab key compounds to create our formulation. BURKHOLDERIA
Burkholderia, a naturally occurring soil bacterium, is cultured and fermented to produce certain compounds and metabolites that are beneficial for plants. Burkholderia works by promoting plant growth and inducing systemic resistance, enhancing the plant’s natural defense mechanisms without harming beneficial insects or pollinators.
MYCORRHIZAE
Mycorrhizaes are fungal associations between plant roots and beneficial fungi that allow plants to draw more nutrients and water from the soil. They also increase plant tolerance to different environmental stresses, and play a major role in soil aggregation process stimulating life within the soil.
