Are Arber products safe to use around kids and pets?
At Arber we take ingredient safety and efficacy extremely seriously. All of our organic ingredients are formulated via non-synthetic methods, and have undergone significant toxicity and safety testing. So, please feel at ease when using our products around people, pets, pollinators, and our planet!
Can I mix the Organic Bio Insecticide and Organic Bio Fungicide together to apply at the same time?
Yes, our Organic Bio Fungicide and Organic Bio Insecticide can be combined in a spray bottle to apply at the same time. When mixing the Organic Bio Fungicide and Organic Bio Insecticide together, we recommend following the recommended dilution rate. For reference, mix 0.25 fl oz (1 capful) of each concentrate for 32oz water.
After mixing and applying Arber products, can I store any remaining solution to use at another time?
No, Arber formulas should never be mixed and stored. Water acts as a carrier for our ingredients and dilutes them to the appropriate concentration. If the actives are not applied to a plant surface within 24 hours the ingredients become inactive as the water breaks the compounds down. We recommend using the formulas within 24 hours of mixing to ensure your plants are receiving the most efficacious, active mixture! If you do have any leftovers, we recommend treating your lawn, flower bed, pots, houseplants, or any other greenery that needs an extra boost!

Once the infestation is under control, we recommend continuing to treat your plant with Organic Bio Insecticide every 2 weeks for general wellness and prevention.
How long does it take for the Organic Bio Insecticide to work?
The Organic Bio Insecticide works by the pests ingesting the product, but also on contact—if the solution gets on the body of the pests they will stop feeding, molting, reproducing, and spreading within 5 minutes of the first application. As the Organic Bio Insecticide is not the same as a contact knockdown product, please allow for 4-10 days to see noticeable results.
How far should hanging grow lights be from plants?
Getting the right distance between your grow light and your plants is essential for healthy growth. The Aspect™ Gen 2 provides a focused, powerful beam, so proper hanging height ensures your plants receive the ideal intensity for their light needs.
- Bright, Direct Light (12in-24in): Best for full-sun or high-light plants like succulents, citrus trees, and aloe vera. This range delivers the strongest light intensity for growth-hungry species.
- Bright, Indirect Light (24in-36in): Ideal for high-light indoor plants such as fiddle leaf figs, rubber plants, and crotons. Provides strong yet slightly diffused light to support structured, upright growth.
- Moderate Indirect Light (36in-48in): Perfect for mid-light plants like monsteras, peace lilies, and spider plants. Balances spread and intensity to prevent legginess and maintain vibrant foliage.
- Low Light Tolerant (48in-72in): Designed for resilient, low-light species like snake plants, ZZ plants, and pothos. Offers soft, ambient light that mimics shaded or north-facing window conditions.
Do grow lights need to be directly above plants?
Not always! While placing grow lights directly above plants gives the most even and intense light coverage, the Aspect™ Gen 2 is designed with a focused 60° beam angle, which allows for flexible placement and creative styling. For the most balanced growth, ensure your plant receives enough light across its canopy using Soltech’s grow guide! If you notice leaning or uneven growth, you can rotate the plant or adjust the light’s angle. With its compact, dimmable design, the Aspect™ Gen 2 lets you highlight plants without sacrificing performance or aesthetic.
How long should LED grow lights stay on each day?
The daily runtime of your grow light depends on the type of plant and how much natural light it’s getting. As a general rule for the Aspect™ Gen 2:
- Low to Medium-Light Plants: Run the light for 10–12 hours per day. These plants don’t need intense light but still benefit from a steady, daily boost.
- Medium to High-Light Plants: Keep the Aspect™ Gen 2 on for 12–14 hours per day. This ensures they get enough energy for active growth, especially in darker rooms or during winter months.
- Flowering Plants: Follow a 12 hours on / 12 hours off cycle to mimic natural light patterns. This encourages blooming and supports photoperiod-sensitive species.
Use the included timer to automate your light cycle and avoid overexposure or missed days. For most homes, we recommend syncing the light to your waking hours, creating a routine that aligns with your environment and your plant’s rhythm.
How long is the Aspect™ Gen 2’s cord?
The hanging cord of the Aspect™ Gen 2 is 18 ft.
